D5 Render Version:
Version 2.2 Graphics Card:
RTX 3060 Driver Version:
Latest : 516.59 Studio Driver Issue Description:
When i export any .ABC files from 3ds Max and import then into D5, a yellow dot appears near the object in the import objects list and i cannot drag it to D5 scene. I tried to import several object like Character animation from Mixamo and moving geometry like cubes and spheres. Screenshots/Videos Description:
When there is a yellow dot, it means that the file import failed. Now we have supported most of .abc files, but for some specific ones, we need to get the file to find out why they failed to get imported.
Please send the .abc file to our Help Center (support@d5techs.com), and our team will test them.
Sorry for your issue. You’re encountering yellow dot when importing the abc format right? Yellow dots mean that the import of abc files failed.
Currently possible solution:
Try to convert to editable mesh in 3ds Max before exporting abc.
It is probably related to Animation Frames. D5 Render currently is unstable to support large frames, but we will optimize this. You could test it with reducing frames and see the results.
