AI Text to 3D issue

Hi,

I was given the opportunity to test the “Text to 3D” option. Something is created but I can’t see any preview images. Downloading and inserting the 3D objects into the scene doesn’t work either. What could be the reason for this? I have D5 version 2.7.1.0465. The graphics driver is up to date. Graphics card RTX A4000.

BTW, have you checked if your network connection is stable？

This could actually be network limitations in our office. I’ll test it from home.

Thank you LunaLang. It is an issue with our network limitations. Text to 3D works at home fine.
