Ai Post Processing not working

AI Post Processing is not working. When I select the source file and click the Enhance button, the loading percentage does not start, and it remains stuck on the purple loading screen. I tested it on two different PCs using two different saved files, but the issue is the same on both. Could this be a server related issue?

I’ve tested it on my end to check if this is a server-related issue, but the AI Enhancer is working normally.

Follow-up questions:

  • Are both of the devices you have tested connected to the same network?
  • Have you tried connecting to a different network, perhaps your mobile data, just to see if the issue persists?
  • Please send us a video-recording demonstrating the whole process.
