AI enhancement doesn't produce any image on company network

**Issue Description:**when I use D5 AI enhancement while connected on company network, it doesn’t create any image. IT asks which are the ports on firewall they need to open

Welcome to D5 forum and apologize for having this issue. Does this happen to only one file or the rest of the files? Does this only occur when you connect on your company network, what about the other source? If this issue only happened on specific networks and the rest are fine, then I suggest rebooting your source and checking your internet speed.

We encountered almost similar issues a few days ago with our AI enhancer tool however it got fixed right away with the new update(2.8.0.0471). You can download the most recent updated version at the link below https://www.d5render.com/

Hi, the software works fine and it does render without problems. The only problem occour when, while connected to the network of my office, if I try to produce an enhanced view with AI it is not producing any result (black image). I can bypass that by using another network, for example by hotspot with my mobile connection, and that gives me the AI image in the same file and with the same settings. I talked to our IT and they told it is most probably the firewall blocking, and therefore they asked me to contact you to see if you can help me resolve this issue.
