AI enhance tools failed with the text "Image not found at the specified location"

Hi. We changed the company’s server and I can’t enhance using AI tools like I used to do. The files works fine, I can render new images but when I going to enhance the images appear in SOURCE but did not appear in TASK, so it failed the enhance with the text “Image not found at the specified location”. I have PRO license

Try to check if the location of the rendered image is gone. The AI Tool needs to use the original rendered image, and if it’s missing from its original location, then such an error prompt will appear.

  • You can try to check by rendering a simple image, then using the AI Tool if it works normally.
  • Please send us a screenshot or video recording too.

Hi Clov,

We also have the same issue. We have 3 accounts, but they are all the same.
(The AI Post Processing worked yesterday.)

  • We tried a simple image to test, but still failed.
  • We tested with other D5 project files, but we still failed.
  • We also tried putting it in the queue and rendering from it, but the AI processing also doesn’t work.
  • Internet connection tested as shown in the attached image. (CDN speed = 100.00 MB/s)

Could we please know how to fix this issue…?

Please check the file’s storage path for rendered images if it contains special characters such as ‘&’ or ‘#’, (‘#’

  • Try to rename it purely in text only, then try again.
  • Additionally, can you share with us your D5 Render Version? I want to check if you’
    re using the newest 2.11.1 build?
