After 2.11, not able to log-in

**D5 Render Version: 2.11.0
**Graphics Card: RTX4090
Driver Version:
**Issue Description:

Hi, I’ve got a problem to log-in after I had upgraded to new 2.11 today.
I was able to log-in before. and some of my college who didn’t upgrade yet
doesn’t have this issue.

So, I am trying to downgrade to 2.10.
(But because of Firewall issue, I’ve asked to our Tech team to unblock https://we.tl )

I guess it’s because of Firewall issue.
is there list of URL or IP address that I have to unblock from my company?
In case of Unity program, I unblocked some URL from Unity to use it in my office.

Today I downgraded to 2.10 and I can Log-in normally now.

Also, I’ve got your another mail including whitelists.
I will ask to our Tech team to unblock those IPs and URLs.

Please whitelist the IPs, then if it’s convenient for you to try 2.11 again and log in.

and I am now OK to log-in.

Please send us any error prompts that appear on your end, or better, a video recording. And is it only happening after the 2.11 update?

  • You may try connecting to another network to see if there are any changes
