A week or two ago, this annoying window started appearing. I just clicked “I have already purchased” and it disappeared and everything worked fine.
Today it stopped working. I am part of a team in the company, other team members use D5 normally. They could not help me.
And I discovered that I have two accounts linked to my work email. I do not remember exactly, but I had some problems almost a year ago when I first created an account. And it seems that now D5 does not let me into the team because it uses a personal account, and not the one linked to the team. “I’ve purchased button doesn’t work anymore”
This pop up window doesn’t let me switch accounts… Can you help me out in this situation?
As a result, everything stopped for me and I cannot continue working.

May I know which version of D5 Render 2.11 you are currently using? This issue was reported in the previous build, but we were able to repair and fix this in 2.11.0.0605

  • You may also want to reinstall your launcher and redownload a new version from our official website.
