3DS Max plugin makes 3ds crash when changing workspace

Issue Description:

when changing workspace within 3ds max the whole program (3ds max) crashes with not error logs whatsoever. When I delete the plugin everything works fine. Re-installed plugin and error returned. I’m using 3ds max 2021.3. Tried deleting the menu and toolbar, but didn’t solve the problem.
