2.9 shortcut bug

**Graphics Card: RTX 4090
**Driver Version: latest
**Issue Description:

V2.9 as reseted all my shortcuts, and is not saving any new configuration. Changing key bidding is available, but only last for a single session. At each restart, shortcut are reseted.

It’s a small bug but it’s quite annoying…
