2.11 D5 launcher is not working

D5 Render Version: 2.11
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti
Driver Version: 32.0.15.7652
Issue Description: The D5 Launcher home page doesn’t work when I open it, but D5 Render opens and works normally.
