Hi, I recently had my D5 for Edu, but after changing my SSD, I can no longer log in to my laptop and they had to unlink my account from the Pro version so I could log in.
The problem is that I reapplied for the student license, and after a week, I was notified that it hadn’t been approved because my account doesn’t meet the requirements. I reapplied, but it’s taking a long time to get a response again. Before changing my SSD, I had the D5 for Edu, and the times I renewed it, I’d never had a problem like this with my account, and I received a response within a couple of days.
