XR tour wont upload to myspacae

I’m trying to create and publish an XR Gaussian Splatting Tour, but it does not seem to publish correctly.

I rendered out the images and then clicked Share . The process appears to finish successfully, but nothing is uploaded or visible in my Showreel/MySpace area.

Could you please help me understand what might be going wrong? Is there anything I should check, such as upload status, account permissions, cloud processing, or project settings?

Can you please provide us with the following:

  • Your D5 Render version
  • GPU model and driver version

  • Screenshot of the upload status in My Workspace
  • Video recording of the whole process
  1. Please verify the upload status, and check if your XR Tour appears with a “Failed” status
  • Go to My Workspace > Projects on the D5 Cloud website.
  1. Possible Workarounds:
  • Ensure you are logged into the correct D5 account with Team or individual publishing permissions.
  • Try re-uploading with a custom project name (not “Untitled Spatial Tour”) and select a non-default cloud project if available.
