Wrong e mail and password

When I login d5 program, it showed “Wrong email or Password” But actually my password and e-mail address are correct. Has anyone encountered this problem?

If yes, then please check your network condition, this kind of problem is often due to network connection.
Please turn off VPN and Windows firewall, antivirus software temporarily if they are on.
We would also like to know if you are using D5 in your office since there could be IP block in companies.

I can login to the D5 website with the same password and e-mail. At the same time, when I add a model to the program, the material list appears empty. We do not have an internet connection problem because my friend can use the D5 rendering program from the other computer in the office. I’m facing the same issue when I log in using my phone’s internet. In addition to these, when I click on the “assess” part, the program closes directly. Could you please help me with this?

Hi, have you tried these steps? We believe that could be the cause.
If you have tried and the problem remains, we need two folders that contain logs to help troubleshoot.
Please send them to support@d5techs.com.

  1. A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.1
  2. A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse
