Hey guys we ran a windows update this morning and now our D5 file says 0KB & won’t open. This is a huge file on an urgent deadline - please advise asap how I can fix this as its incredibly important we get access to it asap?

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience caused by this problem.
First, Is it the only scene file that becomes 0KB & won’t open? Are your other scene files also having this issue?
Second, If you are using version 2.1, please check whether the backup file is intact.（right-click the scene file then find the option “view history version”in Welcome page->Recent list.）
