Why is my update button greyed out?

Hi, guys. Can someone tell me why my update button is greyed out? If it helps to know, I’m using a D5 Pro student account.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Based on the UI shown in your Launcher, it appears you’re already using the new 3.0 Launcher UI. Could you please restart the Launcher (or your computer) and check if the issue persists?

Also, could you help confirm a few details:

  • What version of D5 Render are you currently using?
  • Did you previously upgrade to version 3.0, or are you about to upgrade now?

Thank you for getting back to me! Sorry for not replying sooner but I was able to fix it. The button became active once I disabled all my firewalls. Thank you again!
