Have you updated your graphics card drivers? It is recommended that you update your drivers to the latest version as this may solve the problem.
of course, everything is always up to date!
I figured it out. its the precipitation.
I had it on, in the middle between rain/snow with pudding on. I guess the software did know what to do. I moved it to the rain and it fixed it.
