I’m trying to render a video of a snowy scene, but I can only see it coming down from a nearby window, and it’s not coming down from a distance.
It’s the same when i turn off the Level of Detail. What’s the problem?
I’m using the free version now.
Hi @dadu729
Could you please take a screenshot of your Precipitation settings under the Environment tab? It would also help if you could attach the video render so we can see exactly how it looks.
Just to clarify — is the preview in D5 normal, and does this issue only happen in the rendered video?
Thanks!
Thank you for your answer.
I have attached the image.
The same phenomenon occurs not only in video rendering, but also in image rendering and preview.
Clip 1(1).zip (3.1 MB)
I’m attaching a 1.5 second video as a ZIP file with a 4MB capacity limit. Please help
Hi @dadu729
We’ve reviewed this case and found that it is actually a known issue. As a workaround, please try placing the snow particle assets (Online Asset Library > Particle) outside the window.
Let me know it makes a difference. Thank you!
Thanks for your help. I’ll work it out your way
