In confusion I availed of a Pro subscription and teams subscription at the same time. I have emailed and left messages on the website but have not received any replies. Can I get a refund for the months where these 2 subscriptions were running? Who do I email about this?

D5 users are able to unsubscribe to D5 PRO in ‘My Space’. Unsubscribing means that you will not renew your subscription to our software. Starting from next period, no more deductions will be incurred. However, the current fee for the software you have purchased is not refundable. Hope it helps. D5 Render
Regarding D5 Teams, You’ll need to select the Team version of your identity when you log in to Myspace and try to click this one (I circled) and see the result.
@Vera_Hsu. I have accidentally done the same thing, however it charged me for a full year plan. This happened 7 days ago, is there any way I can get the remaining time refunded?
I am just a student and am unable to pay this amount. Is there anyone I can email?

Hi! I forgot to unsubscribe before the next billing date. I was not using it anymore since I only used it for my school project (I’m only a student). I thought it would automatically cancel my subscription or would need a confirmation before purchasing the next subscription. That is all money I have left but unfortunately it was deducted for the subscription. Is there any way to have a refund? I sincerely promise that I didn’t used d5 anymore by december 24. Please help.

I apologize but the payment that was made and processed can not be refunded. Our Subscription Terms states that: Your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable fee and any taxes until you cancel. Before automatic renewal, we will notify you through [email/message], you can choose to cancel the subscription via the notification or procedure in the “Cancellation” section
