what is Nik ?
When you open your D5 it connects to your account link, sorry I wrote it wrong
it is 100% connected and im using PRO mode !!
Then it didn’t load them when you opened the project you have to go to the right drop-down menu where the objects are and you have to reload them, or the D5 server is having problems and won’t load them for you. This can happen, you have to have a little patience for it to settle down. I know you are working, like me, but a problem like this can happen.

no!..i have RTX 3080 Ti … it works well …any other benefits working at cloud ? how to do it ?
Sorry, I don’t use the cloud, but usually those who use it have connection problems between the D5 server and the sender.
Have you checked the curtain on your left for supplies?
i checked everything …nothing works … its happening only in case of Group vegetation
Do one thing, close everything, without saving and restart the PC, then reopen it if the window with the objects that need to be loaded appears, do it. And the last solution you can do.
If you don’t solve it you have to wait for someone from the D5 team to help you, I did what I could.

thank u so much for your co-op !i actually waiting till last night …even i re-install graphics drivers…thought render card issues…NO …checked benchmark all ok !!! D5 render team will reply u sure ?
They have always responded, you have to contact them with an email, if you click on their logo their email comes out, write to them and explain the problem.

it worked … I changed the asset storage location to another Drive … Now it’s working ! ! !
