Hi, I am trying to fix this wall, but I really don’t understand why the texture is different when I export the image. I changed the roughness and specular, now they are both 1, I removed most of the lights, but nothing … why am I seeing all this white dots that are not in my model?

There’s often a difference between the final path tracing rendering and what the viewport displays. But are you using a PBR material?
From the D5 library? Is it marble? It seems to me that the specular 1 and roughness 1 settings don’t go together…
what display mode do you use?

Just an update regarding this issue from further inspection and testing. This is currently under expectation since the final render has a more precise calculation of light + materials. We suggest pressing F9 to match the sampling quality of the final render temporarily.
