Viewport and render cropped

I have a problem. I have the exact frame set in the viewport and it renders it cropped. What’s the problem. This appears too in two model.

Can you record a video to show the problem or send the scene to us for troubleshooting? Thanks a lot.

I am also experiencing the same issue, the output is a zoomed-in crop version of the camera I set inside d5, for the animation sequence I am working on right now.

Image 1: Screenshot from D5 camera video mode

Image 2: Screenshot from AE of the output

Also noticed it resets back to perspective mode from a two-point perspective automatically.
New file, version 2.5.1

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the problem, We have repaired this issue in 2.5.2 which will be released soon.

I have the same problem now, using the latest pro version

Sorry for your issue. Could you please tell me the size and ratios of your screen? Also, you can check if you have opened the “Adaptive System Scaling” and try to render again.

If this could not help for solving your issue, please send your D5 file to us (support@d5techs.com, please describe the problem and attach the link of this post to your email). We will check it as soon as possible.

In addition, you can try to update your driver to the latest version.

I have a problem with this all the time. nothing works.

Sorry for this. Did the same problem still happen? Could you tell us which version are you using now? We will check the issue.

i have a problem with this issue, too
I’m using the newest version 2.7 but it’s doesn’t works

Hello. Was your scene created with a version prior to 2.7? If so, which specific version was used? Each of our updates has some effects and camera optimisations and changes, so opening with a previous version in 2.7 may result in the scene being inconsistent with the original.

BTW, did you render it in a queue or render it individually?

I render it individually.
Previously, I had rendered it using older versions, but when I update D5 to 2.7 i have a problem with this issue.
I have created it in 2.7 version to fix the issue but it’s doesn’t work
So, tks for your reply

Thanks for your reply. I think it was because the new version opened the archive of the old version that caused your problem. I’m glad you’ve solved the problem for now.
If it’s convenient, you can tell me which version your scene was created with in the beginning.

I started with ver2.5
But when I used it in ver 2.6, it have worked fine ^^
