View Render Blackscreen and flikering

I am writing to report a technical issue I have encountered with the D5 Render application. For the past few days, I have been experiencing a consistent problem where the application displays a black screen and exhibits flickering behavior.

**Description of the Issue:

1. Black Screen: Upon launching the D5 Render application, the main interface fails to load and instead displays a completely black screen. This issue persists irrespective of the project I attempt to open.
2. Flickering: Additionally, there is a frequent flickering effect on the screen, which further disrupts the user experience and makes it challenging to interact with the software.

I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Based on your description, this black screen issue persists in all of your D5 Render Files. As for the flickering issue, do you have any screen recording of it? It would be best to also include the link for it.

• Please try to open a D5 Demo Scene File, then send me a screenshot of how it looks like on your end.
  

  

• If you let the mouse hover over the taskbar, does the small window display correctly?
  

• If yes, are you using Windows High-contrast themes? Or are you using plugins like ‘Mica For Everyone’? Please turn them off
  

  

• Lastly, if you’re using Windows 11 Please turn off this option

The recording is just an example. I only used nvidia recorder. When I turn off the recording it stays flicker and blackscreen. I tried to open file you suggested and it no longer flicker.

I tried to reopen my project. Keep flicker and black screen. Is there an error in my project file? it’s happened after 2.10 update.

It’s fixed now after deleting a Scene from my project. My project almost reached 50 Scenes. After deleting it, my D5 returned to normal.

Thanks for the update. To clarify, you didn’t experience this issue in version 2.9, even with nearly 50 scenes, correct?

One possibility is that enabling Path Tracing in 2.10 increased VRAM consumption, leading to the black screen. If Path Tracing wasn’t enabled, could you please send us your complete D5 scene file for testing? This will help us pinpoint the cause of the issue.
