Hi after updating to 2.5 my video texture is not loading. i cant see them on my objects. Please suggest something

Does it still happen after rendering? Do you open the real-time mode?
yes. its in real time and with .mp4 format. this is the same texture which i have been using. geometry is ok. i’ll check again and will inform you.

Hi mate, we opened your files then inserted the video and saved it. The problem was not reproduced.
To confirm, does the problem happen when you sync the file again to 3ds Max? Or did you launch D5 Render from 3ds max directly?

Hi mate, is the video in a network path? If yes, please move the video to a local place, then insert it into D5 Render.
We are going to fix this problem in the coming 2.6 version.
