Video Rendering Stuck at 99% and Render Queue Bug

Hello,
It happens to me very often that when I render a video the load gets stuck at 99% and it never finishes rendering.
Since version 2.4 this happens to me and I have to close the program and open it again. Sometimes even that doesn’t work and I just have to re-record the scene in a new clip for it to work.

On the other hand, the Render Queue does not work correctly for me either. For example, if I place 5 different Clips to render, hopefully 1 ends up fine and the rest appear as a damaged file.

What do I have to do to solve these problems? The truth is that it is taking me a long time to be able to finish my work because of these errors.

I await your response, best regards.

Hi mate, sorry for that. Does the problem happen to all files or a specific one?
Please use the D5 Support tool to collect a log file then send it to us for troubleshooting (support@d5techs.com)
It will also help if you can send us a sample scene file which has this problem.

Best Regards,
Oliver

here’s my prediction to what D5 team reply will be:

  • Sorry for the inconvenience bla bla bla please send log file so we can look at the issue.
    FEW EMAILS LATER
  • (blaming the system) your system is not able to handle the file. your GPU is crashing… then (they end up blaming you) by saying: try to optimize your file because it is too big! lol
    am i right?

It happens to our team too, and there’s nothing we can do.

Hi there,

Does the problem persist even with other D5 Render Files? How heavy are these files that you and your team are currently working with? As mentioned by @samrafey, we do recommend optimizing your files by hiding assets that are not evident in specific scenes to avoid unnecessary GPU Usage. Even if you are using a powerful device, proper asset and object management should still be observed.

Additionally, please send us the following information:

We generally ask for your log or scene files if the initial troubleshooting process seems to be normal and would want to further assess the issue. Thank you.
