Video Rendering quality is not good

Video Rendering quality is not good , even we rendered in 4k 60 FPS but Video Rendering quality is not satisfacotory, not much crisp & sharp like as other softwares as Lumion or twinmotion. white road dotted strips are much blurred and thick beyond its original sizes.
This is happening majorily for large scale projects & for Aeriel shots.

Please, improvise more the Rendering quality 2K & 4K both are not satisfactory as we are using 3 nos. purchased Id.

Hi @voxel.arch I apologize for this experience. I would like to understand your workflow a bit more. What modeling software did you use for the models? Are they live-synced or imported as .d5a files?

Is the poor image and video quality noticeable in both the preview and the final output? Could you please share a close-up render of the scene?

Additionally, I would like to know your device specifications: CPU, GPU, driver version, memory, and memory speed. You can send a screenshot from the D5 client.

Finally, please share the scene file with us so we can test it on our end. You can send the file folder to us at support@d5techs.com, and be sure to include the names Anthony and Clovis in your email. Thank you!

Hi @voxel.arch

Can you share a video recording of this project with us? You may share it privately.

Aside from Anthony’s question based on the image you have sent, it seems that this could still be improved further with proper Environment and Effects settings.

  • Contrast - It seems like there is too much contrast, shadows are too dark, and lighting may appear too harsh. It might be best to lower it.

  • Clouds, HDRI, Sun Positioning - I’m not entirely sure if this mimics the exact sun positioning of the project’s location; if it does, then try to enable clouds. If it’s possible, you may use HDRI or even modify the Sun settings.

  • You’ve mentioned white road dotted strips are much blurred and thick beyond their original size. Try to change the material template for these elements and see if the size is modified with this particular view.

  • Small details and elements normally appear blurry, considering the distance of the camera. If you try to render it with a closer camera view and it still appears blurry, then that is indeed a problem.
