Hello, I am a student in the Architecture. I applied for an education certificate on March 6 through the email address cubewalk12@mju.ac.kr.

However, it has already been more than seven business days since I submitted the application. I would like to ask if there is any way to contact D5 or follow up via email to receive an update regarding the status of my request.

I have been using D5 for two years, and I am hoping for the approval of my application as I plan to use it for my final project.

I checked our records and could not find any application submitted on March 6 under the email address cubewalk12@mju.ac.kr. According to our system, your application was submitted on March 13.
