URGENT! history files not opening! 2.11

Hi guys

my file crashed and nothing happens when i click show previous version! im desperate! i have a deadline today =(

And when i click d5 icon, it opens a blank file instead of the welcome menu!

( there are files on backup folder buit i cant open then)

Hi @NOG_the_DOG

  • This issue only occured with the new 2.11 version?
  • Were you also able to install the launcher and 2.11 properly?
  • Can you open your launcher and check if the specific file you selected just loads indefinitely?

Please try to relog-in (account) or completely close launcher, then open the version history again. I experienced the version history not being able to open but after restarting the launcher it was normal.

  • If it still does not work, please send us your log file as well as this D5 particular scene file. You can send it to me directly here in forum via direct message.

Hello @NOG_the_DOG

In version 2.11, the welcome page has been updated to D5 Launcher. If you click D5 Render program, it will enter an empty scene by default. It’s recommended to start D5 Launcher and access projects via it.

yes its 2.11 version! i found the d5 launcher, my desktop wallpaper is black so i didnt notice it.

the problem was that when i right clicked the file , previous file was greyed out, but now its working.
