Could you please provide your GPU model and the driver version? Additionally, what version of D5 are you using?
We would like to see the resource usage of this specific file while it is running. Please share a screenshot of your task manager with the GPU highlighted to show the VRAM usage. You can also use GPU-Z for more accurate data.
If you have numerous group structures in SketchUp, please explode them before syncing with D5 to resolve the error message from the plugin.
