[URGENT] Cannot unbind device (Laptop Broken / Deadline Approaching)

Hello, I need help unbinding my device. I am using an Education License, but the “Unbind” button is missing. My previous laptop is broken, so I cannot log out.

I have an urgent project deadline coming up, so I would really appreciate a quick resolution.

The Education License is a fixed-seat , which means it is bound to the device where it was first activated. For security reasons, the license cannot be unbound or transferred to another device during its active period. Thank you for understanding
