Upgrade Malfunction

I am reaching out concerning my account status. I was able to download and run D5 on my laptop smoothly yesterday. After confirming that, today I went ahead and attempted to purchase the monthly upgrade of the Pro version. The screen timed out but said the purchase was complete. I went back to the Launcher and all tabs still say “upgrade to Pro”, I guess meaning the software did not recognize the Pro purchase. When I went back to try and purchase again just to see what it says, after clicking to agree to the terms it says “invoke error” at the top and will allow me to proceed. I need the software ASAP!! Please let me know what I need to do to correct this and get the upgrade!
