Upgrade from D5 Pro to Teams annually subscription

I just want to upgrade from D5 Pro to D5 teams, i have already paid the D5 Pro Annual fee and am wanting to upgrade instead of pay the full amount.

How do i do this?

Upgrading to a Teams plan is possible! The credit you receive will depend on the remaining time on your current PRO subscription. The process involves downgrading your account to the Community version temporarily. You can then subscribe to a Teams plan on our website and apply your credits towards the new subscription by selecting “Use Credits” during checkout.

  • We may need to collect the email address that you are currently using, please share.
