Update fails

**Issue Description:**New Update fails to install.

Sorry for that situation, we received the log files you sent and are checking it.
To confirm, Is your network stable all the while? Does it still happen after restating or for a long time? Have you tried switching a network or running as admin? Sometimes using VPN to switch a node can work. Also, please turn off the antivirus or firewall and then check the result.
The network is stable because it is wired.
It also occurs after 3 reboots of the computer.
I updated Windows yesterday, is it a Windows issue?
I turned off the firewall and the antivirus, but it keeps happening.
Can you send the log files again? The previous is not complete.

According to the log files, some parts are still lost which may be caused by rights problems. You can try to run as Admin next time if you cannot update.
