update D5 3.0

When will update 3.0 be available in Chile? I still can’t access it.

D5 Render 3.0 has been released globally since last week, including in Chile. There is no region-specific delay for this version.

Could you please help us check the following:

  • Are you currently using a Team subscription? If yes, please switch first to your Individual Identity and perform the upgrade
  • If not, please open the D5 Launcher, go to Workflow, and check whether there is an Upgrade button available there.
