Update Asset in Local Library

I exported an asset to the local library and made some tweaks in the materials.
How can I update this new version to the Local Library replacing the previous version?

Hello, you have to save it in the internal library, on your right there is an icon in the drop-down at the top that when you select the project you can save it in the local one.
Even the Weavings, then if you want to know how to do it just go to the YouTube site to do the search, you will find it.

Hey, thaks for the reply.
I didn’t quite understand you answer.

I already exported the asset to the local library folder. But in my 3d software (Rhino) I can’t make a proper material setup since it does not have folliage.

What I’m doing is: Place the asset on a scene, adjust the materials, add the edited asset to local again and delete the old one from local.
I want to know if it is possible to, intead of adding a new one and deleting the old, I can just update the old asset. Just like we can do with the thumbnail.

I couldn’t find this solution in youtube, forum, google,…

If you already do it with a resource, and then you changed it, save it with a new name.
And like when you do a project and then you change it, I salvo with a new name.
You can also do this, if instead you work only on 1 resource, you should save it in DRS with any name, then load it in the program and then locally, it will surely remember the D5 route the modified resource, whenever you open the D5 program.
Try this if you can do it

Hi @alexandrecollaco

Currently, the only option to update a material from the local library is to add it again. As suggested by @riccardofortelli, it’s best to rename them after updating.

Hi again, sorry for yesterday but it was late here in Italy, if the resource is of D5, just use the dropper on the material of the resource, on the right the characteristics of the material comes out on the curtain. In this case you can change the color by adjusting it to your liking, then on the material instead you can change or change the color and rend more clear or dark or totally change it with a resource of the D5 material or one of your resources of the materials you have in the bookcase, just click on the icon of the material you will open a window where you can load it. Surely if you do this with your resources you have to change the pbr, you can do this with AI.
I hope I helped you, sorry for English I use the translator.
