Unwanted grass

good morning,
I’m wasting precious time: I’ve applied the “grass” material on some faces and even after changing the color, grass residues are visible even though the grass preset has not been applied… I checked both sides of the faces in sketchup
This grass is not a scatter
what can I do?

I apologise for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. I think it might be best to send your D5 and SketchUp files so we can further test this issue on our end. Please send it to support@d5techs.com and have it title “Clov-Forum Unwanted Grass”

Thanks Clovis, but I had to get on with it and had to start from scratch with a new D5 file.
