I submitted an email change request and provided all the required documents as instructed by support@d5techs.com for my D5 Render PRO account over a week ago, and I haven’t received a single update since.

The lack of communication regarding the progress is concerning. This delay is frustrating, and I’m looking for some assistance with this matter.
