unbind 문제

Hi D5 render team!
I’m using the d5 render and using a Google ID, but I’m trying to change the installation device, so I’m told to unbind the device in Device management.
I’m getting an authentication number by email, but it keeps saying the password is incorrect. What should I do?
Could you please give me a solution quickly?
