Hi guys,
I have been trying to unbind a Device, but I am not receiving the emails with the verification CODE
Hi there, welcome to D5 Render Forum! May i know the email address of the account you wish to unbind? You can send me a private message here if you’re not comfortable replying it on this thread. Thank you.
Hey there! We found your account through your profile. Could you please ask for the code to be resent to your email? Also, we suggest not unsubscribing to make sure you don’t miss out on any important emails. Thank you!
Hi Clovis,
Thank you so much for your assistance in resolving the issue with my account. I really appreciate you taking the time to look into it and providing clear instructions.
I requested the code to be resent, and it worked perfectly! Your support made all the difference.
Thanks again for your help
I’m glad to help. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Dear Clovis,
I am experiencing an issue with unbinding one of my logged-in devices. I have encountered this problem before, but it seems to have occurred again. When I try to unbind the device, I am not receiving the verification code necessary to complete the process.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
The license email is: licencias.design@indiodacosta.com
which is a group and I am a member with the email d.abreu@indiodacosta.com
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Daniel Abreu
Hi there; you may now retry to get the verification code. I do suggest subscribing to D5’s emails since unsubscribing would result in this issue. Thank you~
Hi,
Thank you for your response and suggestion. Could you please guide me on how I can verify whether I am subscribed to D5’s emails or not? I want to ensure that this isn’t causing the issue.
Looking forward to your help!
Hi Clovis! How are you?
I can’t find the ''Fluid" category under the ''Particle" tab in D5 Render.
Was it removed or relocated in a recent update? Could anyone clarify if it’s still available and how to access it?
Hi there,
I apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve reported this issue to my team, and we will be restoring it shortly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The Particle > Fluid Assets has now been restored. Thank you for your patience.
Thanks guy! You are the best
