Unable to Open or Create Projects in D5 Render

Hello,

I am encountering an issue where D5 Render crashes consistently. Existing projects stop loading at around 10%, after which the application closes. I am also unable to create new projects, as the program shuts down immediately when starting a new one.

I have already tried reinstalling D5 Render, but the problem remains.

Please advise on possible solutions or steps to diagnose the issue. I can provide logs or additional details if required.

Sorry to hear about this. Can you please provide a screenshot of your System Info from the D5 Launcher settings and your hardware specifications from Task Manager under the Performance tab—CPU, GPU, and RAM.

These will help us understand what might be causing the issue. You may refer to the images below on where to find these information.
