Unable to open my project, struck at loading 99%

I done the project using Sketchup & D5 (2.7 version) yesterday and when i am trying to open the project today, its loading up to 99% and not responding after that. please help me with this issue, thanks in advance.

D5 Render Version: 2.7
Graphics Card: NIVDIA GeForce 4060 Laptop GPU
Driver Version: 31.0.15.4626

Hello,

sorry for the issue. Did it occur in all scene files or just specific scene files? Did you use D5 Scatter tool in this archive? Did the file suddenly fail to open today? How is the VRAM occupied when you open it?
