I purchased a PRO subscription to version 2.7 but for two days I have been unable to connect to your site, forum or login. neither Firefox or Edge can connect while iOS on iPhone and iPad read your site correctly. from the same Wi-Fi.
At this moment I write from an iPad.
from the login panel I enter the password and user but it doesn’t connect to anything. not even in admin mode. I haven’t changed anything in the firewall settings and all connections are accepted from the Windows panel. what can I do?

Hello. Have you never been able to log in or were you able to log in before but now you can’t? This is usually due to a network problem or network settings. Do you have a VPN enabled on your computer? Do you have an ad-blocking plugin enabled on your browser? If you have such a setting, you can turn it off and try logging in again. If none of this helps, try resetting your network.

Hi, no VPN activated, no antivirus. on none of the machines here in the Studio it is possible to connect to the D5 website. with hotspot on iOS does it connect to the 5G network and does it work? on every PC it only works on hotspot. before yesterday everything was working! with hotspot connected via iOS 5G D5 Render also connects and works. Do you think it’s a blacklist problem?
With an hotspot connected to the same wifi network via iphone works correctly!

Thanks for replying and glad that your problem has been solved. From the current solution, it may still be an unstable network or a network settings issue. Maybe you can reset your network and connect again.
