Hello. I recently upgraded the Windows operating system, which reset all the programs. As a result, I am unable to log in to D5. Is there a solution for this issue? I am using the same computer as before. The previous version was Windows 9, and it has now been upgraded to Windows 11.

Please did you ever log in to other devices during the educational license duration?
