I’ve have been so excited to learn D5, but it won’t let me log in. When I go into my account, I click on the subscription section, scroll down to press “redeem,” and it asks me to enter an 8-digit code. However, I never received any code, and I have no idea where I can find it. This has been a waste of money because I’ve paid for a subscription this month but haven’t been able to use the software. How can I cancel my subscription?

- Did you purchase D5 Render via our Partners or directly from our Official Website? Purchasing directly from our website should automatically upgrade your account to PRO Version. If it is from our partners, they should be able to send you a Redemption Code immediately after payment. Please let me know.
- To unsubscribe from your D5 Render PRO subscription, please log in to your My Space page on our official website and click the Unsubscribe button.

I don’t think you need to redeem a code. As you can your account has already been upgraded to PRO Version. Please log-in normally in the application itself. Thank you.
