I am experiencing an issue accessing the D5 Render login/myspace page on one specific Wi-Fi network, while the same account works normally on other networks.
Issue description:
When attempting to log in via D5 Render or accessing https://myspace.d5render.com, the page fails to load.
Browser error displayed:
ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE
The login works normally when I switch to a different Wi-Fi network (e.g. mobile hotspot or another router).
Troubleshooting already done:
- Changed DNS to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1)
- Flushed DNS and reset Windows network stack
- Disabled IPv6 on the affected Wi-Fi
- Restarted PC and router
- Checked firewall and antivirus settings
Additional notes:
The issue started suddenly. My PC experienced an unexpected power blackout previously, but all other internet services work normally. This issue only affects D5 Render login / myspace page on this specific network. No issues occur on other networks using the same PC and account.
System information:
OS: Windows
Location/Region: Malaysia
Internet works normally for other websites and services.
I suspect this may be related to network routing, DNS resolution, or Cloudflare CDN access for my region/ISP. Could you please advise if there are any known network restrictions, IP blocks, or alternative login endpoints I should use?
