Unable to Access AutoSave Files

D5 suddenly shut itself down and when I turn it back on, I cannot log in from the view history section. This way I get an error but there is no problem and no change in my file locations. As you can see, I even marked the autosave dates visually. But I can’t access.

Try at first when you open it Recent where there are small pictures of your projects. Then right-click on the historical project

Hi mate, back up the whole project folder first. Then you can copy the folders and files inside each backup folder, to the original project folder, and replace the existing ones, then try opening the file again.
Also you can zip the project folder and send it to support@d5techs.com.

I noticed that your file is saved in a path with Turkish characters, which may not be read successfully. Move the project folder to the desktop, or an English file path, then try opening it.
