Ultra HD Texture Not Working

Ultra HD Texture seems to no longer be working

I just downloaded version 3.1.10758 in an attempt to fix it

I have deleted and Ctrl+Z to bring it back in an attempt to fix it

I have tried other materials in an attempt to fix it

This is a SKP file that was imported. The location of the file(s) did not move

NVIDIA RTX 3050 TI
4 GB VRAM and 16 GB System RAM
Win 11
Driver version 32.0.15.9282

Can you send me this SKP file? I would like to try it on my end since using Ultra HD Texture in 0757 and 0758 yields normal results.
