Transfer an account login credentials

How does one transfer an existing account? For example, if a team member leaves our business how can I update the credentials?

Hi there, In “Members” >> “Operation”, you can remove accounts from the team. The removed account will automatically be downgraded to the community version, and team assets cannot be used or accessed by the team settings and dashboards. For standard PRO or community accounts, we may need to verify the user’s identity by asking for images of the following:

  • Invoice Billing (PRO)
  • My Space page,
  • and the new email address.

Note: The new email address where you want to transfer the existing subscription should not have registered to D5 yet; otherwise, we might need to delete the account first before proceeding. This also means the process will be lengthened.
