학생용 인증 승인까지 얼마나 걸릴까요?

저번주에 인증을 신청했는데 아직까지 확인을 받지 못했습니다. 학교 이메일도 사용했고, 필요한 서류를 모두 제출했습니다. 더 필요한 조치나 서류가 있을시 빠르게 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다. 마감이 얼마남지 않아서 급하게 필요한 상황입니다. 감사합니다.

It’s same with my email with d5 account email. (jhw3124@snu.ac.kr)
It’s a email form of my current registered university. (Seoul National University)

Can I ask one more thing? I checked that edu license is for only one device. I have a plan to buy a new laptop about 2-3 month later. Is it possible to change my registered laptop after buying new one for my edu license?

Oh, Im sorry for the misunderstanding I meant we prohibit the change of device. Sorry I made an error in my statement :bowing_man:

So if you wish to change devices; you may need to wait for your license to expire and then reapply again. I apologize again for my error.
