에셋 업데이트를 하라고하는데 오류가 나면서 다운도 안되는 상황입니다. 건축물에 넣은 재질은 살아있지만 그 외의 재질과 에셋들이 다 날라갔습니다 또한 라이브싱크 연결도 안되는데 혹시 해결방법이 있을까요?

You may also want to try to run some tests by:
- Connect your device to another network and update the assets then see if there are any progress/differences.
- You may want to run D5’s Network test, you may refer to the image and please send the result
