Hello guys,
I would like to have Rhinoceros viewport to match 100% with D5 viewport so I can export the outline of Rhinoceros view and add it to D5 render in PTS, but for some reason, the scene in D5 doesn’t match 100%, it doesn’t work for 2 point perspective view
Thank you for your help
Hi @nguyenthanh22111994
The outlines that were evident in Rhino can not be exported to D5 Render (since we have yet to incorporate such a feature) but you can enable “Outline Mode” in D5 Render to simulate the same appearance.
hi, thank you for reply
I dont want to export the line in rhino to D5, I just need the view in rhino to match exactly with the scene in D5 (size, lens lenghth…) so I can export the outline image in rhino and add it into D5 render image in photoshop
I can do it in sketchup with resize viewport to the same size with D5 render image but I can’t find any way to do it in Rhino
HI @nguyenthanh22111994
I apologize for the misunderstanding. Please try to create a floating viewport and use the
-ViewportProperties command, which lets me modify the values and input the same numbers that are set in D5’s custom size.
- Other camera settings which may be helpful in adjusting the view can be found here:
hi, thank you for your reply
I have tried your method
for one point perspective view, it works perfectly
but for two point perspective view, it doesn’t work
perhaps D5 doesn’t support syncing 2 point perspective view from Rhino …
Hi @nguyenthanh22111994
Please enable Two-point perspective in D5 Render and see if it matches. Thanks
I have already tried this, but it doesn’t work …
It work perfectly on Sketchup, but I can’t figure a way to do this on Rhino…
